    Ow that sounds REALLY painful! Hope it stops spasming soon. I too have been frustrated by bodily parts, I sprained my foot last thursday so bad i thought i had broke it! so rather than unpacking i have been having to rest sigh

    Ouch back at you, I have had a sprained ankle and frankly the broken ankle was less pain :eek:, I am a lot better today thank what ever you hold sacred! The Brufen and the Deep Heat obviously helped (mind you I don't think I am going to jump back into the cleaning today - that might be pushing my luck :p)

    in my opinion one should NEVER rush in to housework! But then it is my least liked task, so I would never rush to it anyway lol
