If you've been paid twice too I'd give it to your "usernamesake" footyteam, they need the cash! :D
  • HEHEHE you might be right there Esoog ! x
  • , I have had a partial success story so far, but now I’m in an interesting situation.
The bank has replied with offers relating to 7 different loans agreements I had with them (all quite good offers). But 2 days later they sent out another set of offers for the same loans plus an additional loan, which when added up come to more than the first set of offers. This is because some of the second set of offers are less or more than the first set, but it is not stated anywhere on the letters that they are revised offers
The loans were taken out with the RBS
The only difference is in the acceptance letter
    The first set states ‘
I wish to accept the banks goodwill offer of £????/, on the basis that such an offer is accepted in full and final settlement of all or any claims which I might have against the The Royal Bank Of Scotland Group or any subsidiary companies in respect of my The Royal Bank Of Scotland Payment Protection Insurance policy for Loan Agreement Number

    The second set states
I wish to accept the banks goodwill offer of £????/, on the basis that such an offer is accepted in full and final settlement of all or any claims which I might have against the The Royal Bank Of Scotland Group or any subsidiary companies in respect of my Natwest Payment Protection Insurance policy for Loan Agreement Number

The loans were taken out with the RBS
I hope you can all follow this. The first set add up to £3798 the second set add up to
£4538, but if I was to go down the list and pick the best offer for each loan agreement out of both sets of offers it adds up to £5286.
What do you think I should do
