    No, it would not have been 'fair enough' if the had put one of their fake PCNs on your wndscreen. It would still have been unenforceable; the whole thing is a scam.

    Please tell us you would not have 'disputed it'! It's a scam - there is no disputing a demand from con-merchants!

    I assume as an MSE regular, you have read the stickies before posting on the parking board? If not then you have actually missed the info you needed.

    I havent disputed it. I will just leave it and ignore letters.

    completely ignore all future loo paper that you recieve,,,excell will write to you again threatening,,then roxburghe debt collectors(in reality dumb john on the next desk along on £3-00 p/hour) will send you this threat o gram,,,then janis (on work expereince on the desk in the corner ,next to the loo) will send you the ,,graham white solicitors letter,,just trying to get you to pay them for this scam,,,,ignore absolutely everything to do with this.nothing can/will happen.

    Further to Excel bringing in labour saving all 3 tasks are carried out by Janis now. John got the sack for caring.

    Anyhow, ignore Excel, the most the landowner can sue you for is whatever the pay & display amount was, you don't owe Excel a penny.
