Poor value for money, yes!
T-Mobile share their signal masts with 3, so you benefit from a reasonable 3G network. Orange still maintain their own masts in this respect.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Correct. I do, and chrispafc obviously didn't enjoy working there, as I disagree with everything he says. But that's not for discussion hereI spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0

You weren't agency staff there. We were thrown in the deep end and expected to reach the same targets as regular staff (paid less as well).
What I saw there made me realise how dehumanising call centre environments were. People who needed to catch the 53 bus home sometimes missed it because they were stuck in calls. You let a guy for whom English was his second language through training, and then Adecco failed to notify him that he wasn't to return. When he arrived at Team/Area 1 (with Triscott) on Monday, they turned him away. Disgraceful.0 -

In part, yes. However, agency cattle received significantly less training than regular new employees. "Grad bay" did very little to prepare us for live calls with targets. I'd like to think that things have improved since 2007/2008 but I am still on the black list of people Orange will not employ.
I won't go as far as recommend the call centre remain open but it wouldn't be a big loss if it were to close when Everything Everywhere decide to merge operations.0 -
