Hi folks
Just a cautionary note about the discount consumer electronics retail websites owned by B4U Telecom Ltd - b4udirect.com. froomoo.com and fizi.com.
I ordered goods valuing £700, they never delivered - and could give no indication of when they would arrive. So I cancelled the order, and two months later they have still not refunded my money (despite 'Jeff' on their customer service phoneline lying repeatedly that a refund has been made). Two legal letters were completely ignored.
If you're considering ordering from any of these companies, please do a quick google search for 'b4udirect.com', 'froomoo.com' or 'fizi.com' '+ review' before you do so.
One simple online order two months ago has caused no end of headaches. If you're in the same position as me, please report them to PayPal, Consumer Direct and actionfraud.org.uk.

What's wrong with asking your card provider to charge them back?
I think even PayPal offer a similar protection.0 -

Hi, yes, I registered a dispute with Paypal, and thank God, yesterday got the money back. Nonetheless, nobody should have to go through the two months of lies and nonsense that seeminlgly a large number of b4udirect.com and froomoo.com customers have endured - with them not sending goods and more importantly, having a customer service rep who routinely lies about the product's arrival time and about none-existent refunds.
Just very glad and relieved that my experience with B4U Telecom Ltd is finally over.0
