Talk Talk - Value Line Rental - have you managed to enrol for it?

Ever since Talk Talk announced the new 'Value line Rental' for existing customers I've tried about 30+ times to enrol for it.... unsuccessfully ! It's an upfront payment for 12 months line rental at a reduced price.... I'd love to hear if anyone else has managed to complete the transaction on-line (cause thats the only way they'll allow you to do it !!!! - thats sounds dodgy in itself !!) without getting the message 'Please enter valid data'.....
I've tried lots of difference cards, debit cards, credit cards and AMEX and have rung customer services numerous times, have sent numerous e-mails but still I'm not able to complete it..... I'm considering contacting Ofcom as I think it's diabolical that they can offer a cheaper price which you CAN'T ENROL FOR..... sounds kind of illegal ??####!!!! (oh, but it's still not as cheap as if I was a new customer.....) WHO ON EARTH WOULD CHOOSE TO GO WITH THEM ???)
Their customer service is abysmal, I received one e-mail saying ' your query is being dealt with but in the meantime can we tell you about a fantastic new offer..... Value Line Rental !!! Just click here to enrol.....AAARRRGHHHH ! I then replied saying are you trying to wind me up??, I then received another e-mail saying....you're query is being dealt with, you will be contacted within 14 DAYS !!... guess what?, it's now 3 weeks later and I've not heard a peep.... I've spoken to lots of different C.Service people - some confirmed they were having technical problems, some said I was inputting the details incorrectly so I had to go through it all again for the umpteeth time with them and some even had the cheek to say I should contact my bank/card holder !!!
Unbelievable ! So, sorry to rant on but I'm just intrigued to know if anyone has actually managed to register for this 'Value Line Rental'?

Plenty of people seem to have been able to do so. You might get more success via the TTMF linked above.
PS - I am NOT with TT so my advice is unbiased.0 -
I did it at the beginning of October and had no trouble. Paid the £114 with my credit card and had the confirmation email from Talk Talk. My bill at the end of October showed the line rental of £9.50 and a credit of £9.50.0
