I know it's a long shot, but fairly sure the person who left me a low star makes a habit of it and thought I had a chance of getting it removed.
For 3 month evaluation I know I need to have 400 transactions, does anyone know if this includes global sales? I'm just about on target to hit this in a couple of months, but it's borderline and I'll never do it if global sales aren't counted.
AFAIK it is UK sales only. There is a separate dashboard now for Global.0 -

No chance then.

Do you sell a lot of the same things, if not you should be able to pinpoint who did it by running your reports.0

I think I know who it is, ran a few reports and it threw someone up. Looking at her feedback left for others she leaves -ve and neutrals for no reason, looks like she left me 5,5,5,2 and I was hoping I could get them to remove it on the basis she leaves bad feedback for everyone. Long shot but considering I'm only allowed 1 more low score for the whole year, thought it was worth doing.

I'm fairly sure that whenever I've phoned up using the PIN obtained whilst logged into my account, they have had my account details already in front of them i.e. I have not had to give them my account name.theonlywayisup wrote: »I thought the pin identified you to your landline, didn't realise it would filter TRS etc.0 -

Pointless post.
Ireland reps speak English and understand the issues.
The alternative is Manilla, who generally only frustrate the issue by doing neither of the above.0
