How do you get through to Ireland? Every time I call I get an operative who is abroad and they are worse than useless. I have just spoken to someone who tells me they can't even identify who has left me a low dsr rating (yeah, right). Any ideas? Have called three times now and no luck.

I wonder if it has something to do with your seller status? I am a TRS and always get through to Ireland however others I know who are not TRS always seem to get through the nonless-English speaking operators!

I only get Ireland. Try 0800 358 3229 and select the option to get a temporary pin (I normally have a pin, so hopefully this won't divert you).

I only get Ireland as well if I go through the pin system.

The PIN, when obtained via ebay online, links you to your account so they know if you are TRS or not. Am I right in thinking you and soolin are also TRS?

I'm TRS too (not a big seller though). Will try the 0800 no now. And only got it last month.

Obtain the PIN by being logged in to your ebay account and going through the contact us pages - it should link it your TRS status then. I'm not 100% sure this is how it works but it seems feasable.

Perhaps the OP could get their pin in the normal way, but see if the tel. number is different?

I thought the pin identified you to your landline, didn't realise it would filter TRS etc.

Not working, still not Ireland. GRR. Maybe it's because I only just got TRS?

I know it's a long shot, but fairly sure the person who left me a low star makes a habit of it and thought I had a chance of getting it removed.

For 3 month evaluation I know I need to have 400 transactions, does anyone know if this includes global sales? I'm just about on target to hit this in a couple of months, but it's borderline and I'll never do it if global sales aren't counted.
