Good morning:D comp has been in with a virus, back now, bought a mp3 tune from amazon, gone to itunes but it keeps coming up with this....
the ipod xxx is synced with another itunes library. An ipod can be synced with only one itunes library at a time. What would you like to do?
Erase and sync blah blah
Transfer purchases blah blah and then there are two buttons well three cancel/erase and sync and transfer purchases.
I am petrified if I erase and sync all my music will go so pressed transfer purchases...
Then it comes up with cannot be transfered because not authorised for them on this computer, would yo like to authorise this computer?
I authorise and then it asks for account name and password which I think it is which it is not because then it says your account is disabled for security reasons click reset to reset your account.
So, safely without loosing all my songs please tell me what I can safely press and get the music I bought yesterday transfered to my ipod please?
Thank you

if you have all the music that is on the ipod also on the computer then you are safe to 'erase and sync', if you don't then you will need to copy the music from the ipod to the computer and then add it to itunes (google will help you with that)
if it is itunes asking for you to sign in then it will be your apple ID that you will need to use (ie the one you used to buy any music/apps from itunes)0
