    I take some satisfaction in the belief that I added to the chorus of people who decided to take this rabble of rebel rousers on and undermined their plans to spread untruths about the housing market. :o

    In the end we were right and they were wrong (pesky 0.25% cut in interest rates in 2005). :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I dont thinks house price falls are good socially.

    Unskilled workers buying up houses beyond their wildest dreams, who is actually going to by the two up two downs?

    Sorry but, there are classes in society and its proven that mixing them up creates social friction. There is more to life than wealth.

    I remember years ago when our neighbours were all our best friends, now, we dont even know who is living next door! lol

    1) Get most competitive Lifetime Mortgage (Done)
    2) Make healthy savings, spend wisely (Doing)
    3) Ensure healthy pension fund - (Doing)
    4) Ensure house is nice, suitable, safe, and located - (Done)
    5) Keep everyone happy, healthy and entertained (Done, Doing, Going to do)
