I've voted for James btw. The video is really witty, I watched the whole thing.
Remember Give and Make Up? They are now appealing for underwear.

Thanks And for highlighting the new GAMU appeal. Will have a think and see what I can come up with.

I bought a few Christmas prezzies online today and I decided to treat myself as M & S have beauty electrics half price.

Another UU Clinique 7 Day Scrub. This has been in my stash for years and think it was a GWP. I still have another one left in my stash. It will take ages to use up as I only use it once a week as my skin is oily.

I have also made a start on my packing and I am sorting through what tolietries to take.

  • 2 UU's - The Bodyshop Pinkgrape fruit shower gel. This was a freebie back in April time, and it's taken AGES to use up. Nice smell, no complaints at all, just a little too big. But it was free so bigger is better when its free! I just wouldn't buy that size again.
Next - Head and shoulders conditioner. WNBA - had a minty smell which was over powering. I don't usually use head and shoulders either, luckily I don't need any anti-dandruff hair stuff.

1 IN - Sample of Lily Lolo mineral foundation. I used this years ago, and actually used up the whole tub! I can't remember why I didn't re-buy then so I've got a few samples to try to find my colour match, and I'll end up buying the full size product. This will be replacing my current liquid foundation - I think its L'oreal's true match foundation. I bought this MONTHS ago - February I think - and the colour isn't looking quite right any more, either is the finish, as it's looking a little cakey. So I won't be using it up, just chucking it out!
In the end the journey's brought joys which outweigh the pain.

I am sorry, but if these wipes are a 'premium brand' i'll eat my hat- they must just be basics baby wipes- that's what they smell of to me anyway. They are REALLY drying and i still have to wash my face after.

    Glad they are free!

Small UU's and one larger one. The small ones were the Head and Shoulders shampoo and conditioner samples. I'd used dry shampoo yesterday and my scalp felt a bit 'riffy'. So gave this a go.
WIB? (free sample so not WIBA)
Well - no. I agree with FoH The menthol-eucalyptus smell is a bit strong. I'm wary of Original Source's Mint and Tea Tree shampoo/conditioner for the same reason.
I honestly thought I'd got it in my eyes at one point, but it was just the smell.

The other UU was the Palmolive Aromatherapy Sensual shower gel.
WIB? (This was a full - size freebie as I'd entered a competition or something like that.) Yes, I normally go for Original Source, but this was lovely. I only had about 3 ml left this morning but that was enough to give huge amounts of lovely, fragrant foam with my body puff. Skin genuinely felt moisturised too. But there's other stuff to be used up.
I bought the OS Chocolate and Mint shower gel thinking I would love it, but it's a step too far in chocoholism for me. Still, it's not awful, and over half has gone already. In a similar way, I've had to demote a cocoa body butter to foot cream. It's just too chocolate-y.

  • Please can you count me in again this month.

I know i didnt post much last month but at the min im working my way through some larger sized bottles of stuff that just dont seem to want to end. I'm trying to make a point of having a pamper session on a nightly basis as part of my new relaxing regime. I have successfully managed to stop biting my finger nails this last month and starting to use up some old nail polish ive had for years..... Turns out mixing top coat with a colour thats about dried out makes nice easy to apply polish of the same colour it didnt seem to adversly alter the chipping qualties either.

I thought that too about the baby wipes, they're just so wet and smelly they can't be premium brand face wipes. I wouldn't be happy if i'd paid for them.

I won't be using any more of mine, it's just not worth it. So if anyone else would like to try them (one unopened pack, one pack with 3 or 4 wipes taken from it) let me know and i'll post them on the FB swapsies group (no swap required just you obviously can't give me your address on here) and send them to you. I know, we've sold them so well to you all you're just dying to try them;) May be useful to those of you who have young 'uns with mucky hands to clean :p

  • One OUT last night - B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful Cocktail perfume. WBA as it smells beautiful and isn't too expensive. Now onto Lancome Tresor Midnight Rose, although I might try and use up my rose perfume oil first.

  • Loads of INs to declare! Went to Boots to finally get my perfume and spend my vouchers so planned Miss Dior, Atrixo hand cream, S&G footcream. Plus a couple of unplanned, Boots cucumber water toner and Garnier Mineral deoddrant to make up my spend to £100 so I got £20 of points:money:Also brought the Santuary OOTW for Bfs mum for Christmas too.

My friends brought me some lovely Lush stuff for my bday too which I got yesterday-

    Golden Wonder bath fizz
    Gingerbread House bubble bar
    Candy swirl thing
    Snow fairy wand
    Fairy Dust candle
    250g Snow fairy shower gel
    Bewitched massage bar
    Dreamtime bath melt

Phew I am one spoilt girlie:) I haven't even started spending the birthday money yet either! No UUs but a 2 hand creams with their tops cut off, so although the Atrixo was planned it wasn't needed. It just really helps my hands when the weather turns colder:)
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales
