Groupon Ledlightzone.co.uk

Brought some LED fairy lights from Groupon, they should be available on ledlightszone tonight; however I cannot get on the website I just get an error saying google chrome cannot connect to the website. Even the cached version won't load.

There were 12000 of these lights sold on Friday and they were relisted on groupon. Has anyone else had issues? is it worth waiting or shall I email them straight away asking for a refund?

I paid by paypal.

I also bought the fairy lights through Groupon and am unable to log on to their website to redeem my voucher. I am guessing that everyone is trying to do the same tonight and that their site has crashed. I shall try again in the morning when hopefully traffic to the site will be quieter.

are you sure its ledlightzone.co.uk ?
as that resolves to a placeholder/advert page, not a company website

there is ledlightszone.co.uk
they have search results that inlude groupon

Tried to log on a little earlier this evening and it wasn't working. Perhaps they've oversold this one.

Still no joy on the web site, I suspect that the company wont have enough stock in the uk to fullfill all the orders and is hoping the chinese can deliver them before xmas ! will we wait and see or shall we get our money back ?

I am also having problems with LEDLightsZone. I would suggest you contact Groupon. They told me "they are aware that some of their clients are having problems contacting their partner"

Still no joy 7am....

Have mailed Groupon asking for a refund as I wanted them before Christmas not after if Groupon do not refund I'll raise a dispute with paypal.

This was my first purchase though Groupon. I am not impressed and have written to them cancelling the transaction. Let's see how quickly they refund my money!

I have dealt with them before. then they took a month to deliver 3 led lightbulbs... this time i have tried to access the website at 0100hrs this morning and again today.. no joy... anyone got a contact number for this company
