    all talk talk services are contract base. and any companies they will have bought will be merged into talktalk and that will have become a contract base package, im sure and iknow they would have updated there Terms and conditions about this.

    Also your agreeing to go into a contract when you sign up and allow them to take your line over.

    Verbally or signed doesn't matter.
  • Our TalkTalk rep has gone quiet! I am so cheesed off with TalkTalk's lack of talktalk or listenlisten. I am now off to Ofcom and the Ombudsman. What a shame that such customer service still exists in Britain today and that we could not talktalk!
    Mark seems very capable so I hope folks don't mind me asking a Tiscali / TalkTalk question here.

    I have moved to Virgin and at NO TIME have I had a contract with Lineone > Tiscali > TalkTalk. I had no complaint with TT until now. I have just received notification today (6/6) that my bill of 18/6 will deduct my "Contract Breakage Fee" of £88.35 from my bank by Direct Debit. I wrote to TT to tell them we were moving, and got no reply. Tried to login to the help facility and couldn't - I guess they agree I have gone now. I can login to see my bill but can't reply to any email addresses so may have to resort to Signed delivery by post - but that doesn't get me an answer.

    MARK - my query, if I write direct to you can you tell me where I signed this contract in the 10 years I've been with your many company takeovers? If this rude behaviour hadn't taken place, I'd be happy to recommend TT, but this lack of courteous goodbyes does your company no favours. I'm getting more help from this forum!

    PLEASE JUST TALK TO ME!

    P.S. and that forum you are recommending would be better hosted at a Talk Talk address to gain trust - surely?

    If you want us to check the original contact we can look into our archived records for youl This may take a while but if you contact us via the method previously advised, either the TalkTalk Members Forum or via the Twitter Feed @TalkTalkCare we can investigate and advise you further on what information we can obtain.


    As MSE is a third party form we are not always present and monitoring this site, hence we refer to our actual support platofrms, the TT Members Forum and Twitter as previously advised. This allows us to manage your queries through to resolution most effectively, particularly as we cannot exchange any information with customers regarding account details etc via 3rd party sites, only give generic advice.
