Errr you still use a controller even with a Wii, ok most game it's just holding it but some use buttons too.
The only system with no controller at all is Xbox with Kinect, PS3 play uses those little torch things so i'd suggest trying Kinect out to the OP0 -
Just been to pc world/currys and got an xbox 360 250gb for £140.
I mentioned that Sainsburys are selling for £155, they looked online on their website but it was saying £199.99.
So I mentioned that I found it on hotukdeals.com and they agreed it was ok. Just be weary they may say otherwise, but if you tell them it's a nationwide thing etc. they'll give in.
Had a slip up at the till too. Pc world/ currys do a price match where they match the cheapest offer and 10% of the difference. So I should of paid about £150, about £5 discount, but there was a trainee on the till and he put the 10% discount against the final price so I got £15.50 off.
So trying pc word is worth a shout!!!!0 -
Hello,
Has anyone seen a better offer than Morrison's, please?
It is the Xbox 360 250gb with Forza 4 and 12months Gold membership to Xbox Live for £200?
My Son wants to buy it with his own money that he has been saving!
Thanks in advance.0 -
On the way out of Sainsburys, I noticed Xbox 360 (4gb) plus Kinnect on the shelf, marked up at £170 (green sticker, looked like a manufacturer label). Went home to check prices (besides which, I didn't have the money) and found it was a great deal. Next day, they'd gone but I still got one for £187, about £40 less than Amazon. And I got a 10p off fuel voucher (an extra £7 discount) plus Nectar points.
I mentioned the £170 but they looked blank. Perhaps someone there made a booboo. As 'mattg88' mentioned, it does happen. Sods law that I missed it though.
I'd tried the Amazon bundle discount page, but it wouldn't work for me at the checkout stage. Complained by email, not heard anything back and so they've now lost a customer.
'Phague' - that sounds very good. Individually that would be £155 (Xbox in Sainsburys) plus £30 (Forza4 in Sainsburys) plus about £30-34 for Xbox live. Still if Comet/PC World are doing a 'Beat This' deal, you could try them?
'NeilAitken' - PS3 did have problems a while back, overheating and freezing (pun intended) but they're probably over that now. Main advantage of the Sony is that it plays Bluray discs (if that floats your boat).
Good luck to all who are searching for Christmas offers!0
