    Usually when the clocks change it looks wrong when you are not logged in, but correct when you are logged in.
    Maybe its the same this year?

    Yep. We have the same thing every time they change.

    Hopefully the MSE techie/web team will realise they've made the same mistake yet again and correct it fairly soon.
