Help. I'm in the process of doing the purses but getting stuck on fitting the photos into the template.

I'm in the Product Designer, got my pictures uploaded onto the Front template. It's saying I need to fill the 'bleed area' (grey bit) completely. Leaving it unfilled will result in a white gap and the bleed area will be trimmed off in the final product.

If I fill it in completely (e.g. by clicking on the 'Fit' icon), I get the top of the subjects head in the bleed area. Will this bit be cropped off in the final process as obviously I don't want this to happen?

I've clicked on the 'colour' icon and added a coloured border which has filled the grey area, then zoomed in/out with the photo so it is not in this section. The preview seems okay. Hopefully this will rectify the situation. I will save it until tomorrow, so any advice would be welcome, thanks.

Just wanted to let you know that I ordered several of these purses & a watch on Wed 2nd Nov, half expecting them not to arrive in time for Christmas. I was very suprised when they were delivered on Sat 12th Nov!
They are great little purses. My only complaint is that the silver writing does not show up too well against the dark aqua background, but thats my fault as I designed it.

Mine arrived yesterday and I'm absolutely delighted with them! I was a bit worried as the site was telling me that the photo I'd used was poor quality but it's come out really brilliantly.

I'll definitely be using this company again!!

I've ordered these purses before and have been very pleased with them.

I ordered a couple a few weeks ago with my daughters' friends' names on them for little Christmas presents, and have had a despatch email, so I hope they'll be here for Christmas!

OP,wish you had not mentioned their facebook site lol as keep seeing all the offers and ordering products-just ordered 3 personalised XL cosmetics bags for $9.99 including shipping that they have posted on Facebook so works out about £2.50 per bag.
