I have ordered these from here before, and also ordered 2 stretched canvasses from an offer they had on! They both arrived with in 10 days of ordering, and really impressed! however...I ordered another 2 stretched canvasses and im still waiting for them its not been 26 days since ordering.... im getting worried!

I emailed artscow and got a rather useless email back that was very automated!

Within the last hour I have placed an order for 3 purses and paid by paypal, but have yet to received any confirmation email on my purchase. When I go to order history, it says under order history - status WaitPayment, but I went through paypal to pay and as far as I know it went through.

Has anyone else had this??

I've left a message on their facebook page to see if my payment went though, but wondered if anyone else had had this. Also can't work out if the payment hasn't gone through how I'd now pay for it.

Yes, me too! I ordered 4 purses and paid by card, entered my details and it looked like it had gone through but no email and the order says wait payment. Then I got an email saying my order was still unfinished and if I was happy with it to go to the site and click place order. I did, and i added a card to my account but it is still showing wait payment and no confirmation email :-(

I have ordered from there about 4 times and although the shipping does take a long time (they come from hong kong after all lol) it is worth it, i have ordered the mini coin purses, notepads and handbags all are excellent quality, but like others have said i would not rely on these to be here for christmas, they could be but i would have options just in case.

I have bought these before and was really pleased with them. I was a bit naughty and used a logo of my sons favourite football team as the picture and he was very pleased with it. (can be difficult to fine wallets/purses for Boys).

Only just found this thread (ignored it previously as it was in dollars, not pounds). Can I ask if it is better to pay by paypal or card? I'm not sure if my paypal account is still active, or how to pay in dollars. Do you get charged to convert into dollars with Paypal or credit cards?
