having problems with the software that you have to install...I have successfully downloaded it etc, but when i go to design a product, it keeps telling me I dont have it aaaarrrrrrggghhhhh...very frustrating!!

Have you tried restarting your computer since you downloaded the software? And delete history etc... HTH
