    Spoon..... WOW, 22 NSD's, impressive - what's the record?? I can see I've a lot to learn.

However, I can declare another NSD today I think that makes a total of 16.

    PS Thanks for the pressie

    Thanks zafiro:A

I think the record is 27, or maybe 28, so we've both got a way to go to reach that:D:D You're doing brilliantly with your 16, well done:T:T

    Glad you liked your pressie

I am SO SO cheesed off with this economy. I just want a job...just a wee one, just for me! Please!

    B

((((((((((hugs)))))))))) and lots of positive thoughts coming your way Butti. This economy stinks, it's so unfair that people who desperately want to work can't find anything.

Keeping my fingers firmly crossed for you xx
News on the house is that the chap is now renting one through the agents as he "finds having them managing the best thing for him" (for that read they will make more money from renting him a property with a full management service )

So back to square one

I have rang tenant 3 from last week, to give her her due she was incredibly apologetic, so viewing booked for her for Saturday, & another one booked that enquired today, so it's crossing fingers time again....

    Grrr to the chap BDINI.

Fingers firmly crossed for no 3 and the new one, it's about time your luck changed. Lots of positive vibes will be heading your way on Saturday xx

Good morning folks from a fairly cold NI:eek: although at this time of year, we can expect nothing else. I am off today, so we'll see how things go as to whether or not it's an NSD. On a positive note though, I did a small football bet on Saturday and realised I'd won £56 from it this morning, so a good start to the day so far:D I hope everyone else has a good day and a final NSD to end the month:)
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

    £2 savings jar £300:D

 Wow, the difference in weather up in your part of the world compared to down here will never cease to amaze me.
Well todays no school issue is sorted. DS2 was carted off to my mum and dads last night, just couldn't handle him. The good news is he kicked off in front of hte MH worker who was here yesterday, and I think they have a fair idea of what's wrong with him, so we shall see.

I'm cheating and declaring today as an nsd. :p Not having the car has meant that I've had to have MrT shop delivered. Did it yesterday and having it delivered today but as I spent yesterday in the Co-op I'm counting it as spent yesterday not today, so I can at least get over halfway to my target. SO I'm declaring for November at (a pretty pathetic) 6/10.

Morning all! Well yesterday was a NSD but today isn't going to be, got to buy catfood for my little darlings and bought some more Xmas pressies. So I'm declaring 14 NSDs for November not bad for my first attempt :T

    Well done everyone xxx
  • (((hugs))) Butti - I know how frustrating it can be looking for work

Well I've sorted out my budget for December as if I haven't spent today so I bl00dy well better not do now! Together with my no-spend yesterday that will take me to 16 NSDs and my target

Christmas is fast approaching, the turkey is getting fat and the budget is getting tight :rudolf:

Off to think of my new target...
