Didn't work for me in IE but worked fine in Chrome. Something similar happened with Brothers Cider earlier on today x

I ordered my coupon by post and went in today to redeem it. Till didn't recognise the voucher so I was sent to customer services where I encountered quite an unusual "customer service" person who didn't utter a word until coming BACK from speaking with a manager (there's me standing thinking "where's he going?!"), and then I had to answer questions about where and how I'd got the voucher before they refunded the bottle!

I went on FB when I came home, though, to find that the ginger beer company had received similar complaints but have now "had a word with" Tesco. All's well that ends well I like Ginger beer but hadn't tried this brand yet so worthwhile overall.
