is anyone else is having problem with opening the form? It's says "permission denied"

Thanks, no problems here and there is an option for 'no printer' which is handy as I won't be near a printer for a few days by which this will probably be over.

It worked for me last night on Chrome & printed out fine but alot of people are having trouble with it...

I MIGHT have trouble redeeming it as my local T's don't stock it , as yet??
