I have a question for anyone in the know. I switched to FD over a month ago and used their easyswitch service to move over all my DD's. I also had my salary switched to the account and the first one went in 3 weeks ago now (over £1500 of course). so I have fulfilled all of the criteria to get the £100 switching bonus, however to date i haven't received it.
How long should I wait before calling them up to ask where the £100 is? I've read some people only had to wait a week after their initial deposit.0 -
