  • It's the time of year for it, I think. Between now and April, I seem to do nothing but scrape around for money for huge bills.

    Savings? Nope, you've lost me...

  • Tell me about it. The ones I can think of off the top of my head are:
    CPPI course: £95
    CPPI exam £399
    Car tax £60.50
    Essential camera gear £80
    Car tyre repair £30
    Birthday party £100
    Birthday presents £50

And those are just the ones I can think of!

Just a quickie as the extra standing order for my car loan has been applied, so my car loan is now £1787 and total debt now £4745.69. Come Friday my debt will be under £4700! It feels like it's tumbling down now :D

Happy Standing order day! Although today isn't really standing order day as I've not done them this week as it's Ash's 8th birthday on Sunday so the money I would've normally paid off the card is being spent on her :) She's having a party at home and we're taking her out shopping tomorrow. She's very excited bless her!

I have updated my budgets and debt balances today as my barclaycard statement has come in as well as having the loan DD go out so have updated my sig.

    Up to date balances are:
    Barclaycard (Mostly 0%) - £2578.62
    Halifax (0%) - £287
    Barclayloan - £1644

I might spent some time this morning seeing what 0% deal are about. Especially considering if I could get enough on 0% to clear off the loan that would save a load now that it's a lower balance....hmmmm.

    Anyways.. happy friday everyone! :)

NB: oh, forgot to say that I'm expecting to have some spare cash from my monthly budgets (due to my council tax not starting til next Month ) next Friday so will be looking to catch up with the standing order payments I missed today next week :)
