Evening all!
Today has been absolute chaos due to the snow. Although I got to work (about 7 miles away) they ended up closing the girls' school and work was also closed, but it took me 3 hours to get home! Absolute nightmare so I was very thankful to be home for the weekend. I don't plan on going anywhere unless I know the roads are totally fine! Jeez...
Today is standing order day and also my car payment has updated on my online banking so I've been able to update my sig.
Barclaycard is now £2869.54 (interest for this month has been added so it's a touch higher than it would've been).
Halifax is now £357
Barclayloan is now £2093. Nearly under 2k! This excites meIt's coming down nicely. Also remembering that my extra standing order payment from this month is £100 as well so that'll bring it down even quicker.
I went into the bank this week and corrected some errors on my account. I intend on going back in next month once it's updated to see what they can offer in terms of restructuring to see if I can reduce the cost. I'm not too concerned in all honesty as I'm overpaying and it'll be cleared in Nov anyway, but if they could offer me reduced interest for a short term loan then it might be worth considering. You never know...
Hope everyone is well and enjoying the snow.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

What a weekend! The snow has been crazy and schools were closed Friday and today so the kids are happy! The only problem is of course that I'm not able to go to work!
The other problem was that I wasn't able to get out to Aldi until yesterday and had to buy some essentials from the local coop which we could walk to. That cost £18 and then spent another £53 in aldi yesterday so overspent on my food shopping but it's just one of those things. Least I've saved some money on petrol I suppose!
Least it gives me chance to do my housework and budgets!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

It's debt paying day! Huzzah!
This week's standng orders have gone out so my sigs been updated.
Barclaycard now £2819.54
Halifax now £347
Barclayloan £2093
My £100 standing order for the loan overpayment went out today so will get applied soon then that's very nearly under 2k now. How exciting!
I'm a bit confused though as my council tax direct debit went out today even though I was expecting February and march to be free months! Going to have to dig my bill out! Not very impressed by that.
Also thanks to that and higher childcare I'm short on my bills by about £370 so I'm going to have to dip into my savings to cover it and then make it up. Not a happy bunny! Bah.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Don't forget that we are still in January, so it is Feb and March's actual payments that will not go out, January's is the last payment for this financial year and new payments start in April.0
