Soappie - good to see you!

Dusty, Kazwookie and Julie Jim are taking it in turns to start the thread as of this week. Dusty did stars as a one off this week because she is a very lovely person.

Pigpen has decided to bow out as she is spread rather thinly at the moment but is still posting.

The Facebook Group had to be updated or deleted, and now it keeps sending out updates everytime anyone posts. A few of us have posted regularly over there for a long time but a sudden flurry of posts have come about as it has started to notify people. I think you can set it so that it doesnt email you every time?

I think that sums it up mostly!

ETA I for one would be more than happy to see you taking a leading role again. I like discipline and purpose, and I very much miss your posts.

No excuses accepted today ladies. Pelvic Floor exercises please, need I say more? You know how important they are, you know you don’t like doing them but you must. So today everytime you do something related to water (teeth brushing, kettle filling, washing up, drinking, prepping veg the lot) I want you to do a few squeezes. - great idea will give it a go as been very lax with these

    Wednesday Potions and Pills
Collect together all the suncream, aftersun, insect repellent from bags, window ledges, cars and either store good ones or bin dregs (or check you have enough and pack them for those going on holiday). Check your supplies of medicines, pain relief, decongestants, tissues etc. Check dates on items not used for a while like inhalers. Request repeat prescriptions now if necessary - all in hand as did a month or so ago when was organising house for winter. repeat perscription to be ordered next tuesday so i can pick the script on wednesday when at the midwife - note made in diary for this.

Hex - you are undoubtedly Management Material. You gave an exceedingly concise, unbiased, snapshot of the situation - well done!

And your comments on my posts are very kind ~blush~

Feeling a tad overwhelmed with the mess I need to clear up - wiped my beloved aga and granite so far.

I feel your pain Dusty. The decorator is driving me nuts (not sure when he's coming back, but suspect it won't be till the end of the week and if it wasn't for the filling and the ceiling I'd do it myself. As it is, I did a second coat on the bedroom myself on Sunday, and have done the same on the landing today, as he doesn't seem to think it needs it and it does! So I will have to force him to out another coat on the stairwell and hope that as downstairs isn't in such bad condition it will be OK.

I'm off to hoer the stairs and hall now, take up the dust sheets (I'll put them on the line tomorrow), out some washing on and try to get a bit more stuff shifted from the study...

However, had a great night out in London last night. PIL joined us. Pipers, singing, and I didn't have a hangover this morning (DH did :D)
