Galaxy Ace text problem

I have a newish Galaxy ace. It will not send texts very well with the new software on it ( have to turn the internet off). Can some explain how I may be able to put the old software on it as my wifes old Galaxy ace seems to work fine.

its the software. it needs a update. a very well known bug. your operator will or should know all about it. My friends Ace was the same for 2 weeks odd, then Virgin sent some update to it, and it resolved issue.
