Need Advice. Orange Free Texts for life ended.

I used to have this, and so did my friend, I got a letter once saying something was going to change about it, I can't remember what now, maybe for it to go down for 3 texts a week. My friends randomly stopped before this, and the letter offered me a refund of whatever I paid, I didn't take it and later I changed from orange. Realised this is just an experience with no real resolution. You could try ringing them, I've had bad experience with orange shops though, they accused me of pretending I hadn't had my change back. I had to wait around all day (this happened in the morning) in town for them to count the till, and find it 15 pounds over. I switched to virgin in the end as my friends were on it so 3p texts.
