    because that's far too sensible.

It's a conspiracy. However, I digress. Given the trouble I had deciphering the initial post in this thread, it's hardly surprising the take away got the order wrong.

never mind the original post being confusing. Their user name is Alex Riley but their avatar is Wade Barrett - both WWE 'Superstars' but the avatar doesn't match the user name.

That's really confusing me... bit like writing GREEN in red... where are my lamb chops?

Hey, if your not Nexus, you're against us.

Another badly managed story arc by WWE creative.
If at first you don't succeed, maybe bomb disposal isn't the best career choice.
  • me my boyfriend my nan and my step grandpa ordered a takeaway yesterday so my nan phoned up and everything was fine till she ordered what my step grandpa wanted the bloke on the phone was like lamb chops ??????????

my nan thought nothing different of this till the order arrived they no longer did lamb chops and hadn't brought a replacement for him yet we were still charged more then what the 3 of us had ordered

so my vent really is this
Why couldn't they tell us on the phone that they didn't do Lamb chops and why did they charge us like they brought something for him when they didn't

Sorry but without writing in plain sentences I am confused. "why did they charge us like they brought something for him when they didn't" makes no sense :(

Anyone with half a brain can understand what the sentence means. It's hardly complex.

Shame that you tried to mock someone else but ended up showing how foolish you are yourself.

Well I had to read it a couple of times before I could decipher it, so it was hardly clear.

Still don't understand in what way the guy on the phone resembled lamb chops.

Some takeaway places have lamb chops on the menu in the british food section - for those who don't eat curry or chinese or whatever it might have been. Usual offerings include omelette, mixed grill, sausages etc. Obviously their lamb chop choice had not been proving popular.

I don't understand why you didn't ring them up straight away though. Sounds like the person who took the order should have phoned you back when he had checked about availability of lamb chops but didn't. If you had rang up they would probably have apologised, given the order taker a few words and sent you something else out, or given you a voucher for money off next time. Not sure what you can do about it now OP.
