takeaway vent

me my boyfriend my nan and my step grandpa ordered a takeaway yesterday so my nan phoned up and everything was fine till she ordered what my step grandpa wanted the bloke on the phone was like lamb chops ??????????
my nan thought nothing different of this till the order arrived they no longer did lamb chops and hadn't brought a replacement for him yet we were still charged more then what the 3 of us had ordered
so my vent really is this
Why couldn't they tell us on the phone that they didn't do Lamb chops and why did they charge us like they brought something for him when they didn't

Er, no.
They had an old menu. They expected to pay more than was listed in the old menu, as there is a new menu. In the event, they were charged even more than this as they were charged for an item that wasn't supplied.0 -

What makes you think they didn't?
It doesn't change their vent, which was about not telling them something when they placed the order, and overcharging when they delivered.0 -
