Should you let a national chain Estate Agent sell you their conveyancing service?

With so many people happily signing up to the conveyancing services (and mortgages) provided by some national brand estate agents, should we all be doing this? It must be really good right?

They recommend the best conveyancers don't they?
My posts are just my opinions and are not offered as legal advice - though I consider them darn fine opinions none the less.:cool2:

    loads of viewers for this thread, and for my other one which has attracted more interest. i think there are some estate agents above - now that IS interesting

    has anyone got anything to say to help viewers, as goodness knows there are sooo many threads about bad experiences with such estate agents
