i fix laptops as a hobby. i see dells and compaq's more than other makes due to poor motherboard design and quality.
if i was spending the money i would buy an acer and i wouldn't give my money to pc world.You got to get through what you've got to go through to get what you want but you got to know what you want to get through what you got to go through.0 -

I came on here to ask advice on buying a cheapie but reliable lap top to network to my desktop in the house.
Id been looking at Dells but bit concerned about some of the reviews on the Inspiron 15R.
The Fujitsu looks very good value BUT it doesnt seem to have any MS Office or works with it?
Im a puter dumbo, could I transfer my works stuff from my dell VISTA os to either laptop - Win 7 please?0 -
Any new laptop will come with Office 2010 starter edition, it has replaced works so you will be fine. The Fujitsu on Dabs/ebay would be good.
