I tried to exchange the jeans today, I told them they were a gift so I didn't have the receipt but they weren't having none of it. No receipt no exchange, she was quite snotty about it. I ordered Sunday and had heard nothing so I popped in today and they said theres a problem with my order and that someone would be in touch :-(

Quite annoyed, went to get my orders today, two were fine as expected (although one order will be returned) but the third order was supposed to have three tops and a pair of jeans and I have received one top and a pair of tacky snow boots! Not sure what I'm going to do as there is no way they will refund if I take it back into store

just wonderin i ordered amongst other things three jumpers for my daughter she has only just gotten around to tryin them on and two of them are too small wud i be able to exchange the items instore for a bigger size?? or wud i need the invoice as i didnt keep it just stupidly assumed they wud fit.....one is a hoody and she cant even get her head in lol

What items did it list on your Order Summary Note? I would suggest phoning them about it first, rather than taking them back to store.
There is a phone number on the top, right of the Note.

I need to return 2 of the 4 items I ordered (too big). If I take them to my local store will I get an instant refund (based on the actual price paid after discount, naturally), or will the store send them back to the warehouse (where they might remove the discount from the whole order?).

i've done it before. returned a boys t-shirt with my invoice and they scanned the item and adjusted the price. refunded the price paid according to invoice, there and then. hth

if they have them instore, they could do a straight swap. as long as they have the same barcode. you don't even have to show them the invoice.

i bought a school shoes before online and wanted to swap for a bigger size instore (i couldn't find my invoice) exactly the same shoes with different barcodes. mine scanned at a lower price because it was last seasons :eek: i just swapped it for something else :mad:
