  • Hi Guys
Well done to everyone who has managed to get the 4p clothing - very impressed! So busy buying stuff on line didn't get a chance to go to Mr T's yesterday.
Got an email confirmation before 12 last night - 11.57 to be precise, to say my order had been accepted and confirmation that both £10 codes had worked, however knitwear discount hadn't been applied.
Went back onto site and yes it was still there - 25% off knitwear.
I will contact customer service after I have picked up my orders(!)but can anyone tell me what their policy is for on line orders please?
    Is it still DTD?
Lastly many thanks to OP for both these codes - saved an awful lot of cash!

I tried to order last nite and it said there was a payment problem but there wasnt an issue, ive ordered lots before using the same card but for some reason it didnt want to accept my order, tired again and both the codes have expired, will teach me to be a bit quicker next time.
  • Discountcrazy, you will find that the 25% knitwear expired last night, which presumably was before midnight. The knitwear would have not been showing the extra discount in your basket before checking out as I have an order waiting to be despatched which still shows mine. Remember that not all knitwear was 25% off, only some were. You can ask them about a refund for that amount but I imagine they wont be forthcoming especially when they see two £10 codes have been used, I'm sure it wont hurt to ask. You can return items to store if you are unhapp with the price you paid.

Mrs H, have you phoned your bank? It may be that they have put a block on your card aif they thought it was unauthorised use, it sounds like you tried several times so it might be worth checking with their fraud dept.

Well done everyone on your bargains, I ended up placing three orders, one item in the hope they have my size in store so I can exchange an item (perhaps a little daring!) but to be honest I am shocked at how much supermarkets charge for clothes before discounts taken into consideration for alot of items, I hope the quality reflects this.
