For anyone struggling to get the two codes to work... At first I input the codes in opposite order to how they are on the codes post. Then cleared my basket, started from scratch and typed them in, in the order as they appear on the post. Dont know if this was why it worked 2nd time, but it did!! Finally got my boots i've been gazing at for the last 4 weeks \o/

i placed an order this morning and recieved an email to say a couple of items cancelled as OOS now so not as good a deal, was going to cancel the whole order now and start again, just wondering if i should create a new account?

I didn't make new accounts , just used the one account, accepted with no problems,

also for the ones having problems with putting in the codes, i add one, , then click continue, then add the 2nd, not sure if some put the 2 codes in at the same time, just thought i would mention it

Oh and I couldn't get the codes to work, so upped my basket to £50odd, added the codes fine and then removed some items!

Yippeee, managed to order £69.50 worth of clothes and only payed £28 for them, got a cardi and a really warm pair of socks for me, DH a shirt and some socks and pants for DH's Xmas stocking and DD a hoodie - very very very pleased so thank you for posting OP :j

just got another part order cancelled. anybody know how to cancel my order. ordered the coat twice in 2 different sizes and got cancellation email.
