My first order arrived this afternoon, shame the jeans don't fit Mr P, but at least my coat fitted me , and i am impressed with the quality, as someone has already said, the invoice states how much you paid with discount, so its easy for a refund, as i will have to send the jeans back, shame they dont offer to exchange them by post though, its too far to go to the nearest store for us, had 3 emails for the other oders, so far just 1 item out of stock, but rest on its way, oddly not heard about the first order i did, other than the conformation email.
how is everyone else getting on ?

I included the £7 boys outfit offer in my order but couldn't for the life of me figure out which jeans were in the deal (think they have all sold out that's why none showing) discount for this didn't come off but I bought a few other items and got £20 off £49

Rang them today and initially man was a bit shirty saying I'd already had a big discount
I told him that was using 2 valid ecoupon codes and nothing to do with the £7 outfit offer
He went off to look into it and rang me back to say he was going to honor it and has refunded me £15.50
Total spend works out about £10-£11 ish can't remember exactly great deal!!

I picked my order up today and the jeans are too small from my son, I know I can get a refund for the discounted price, but if I said I didn't have the delivery note could I exchange them for another pair of the same original value?

I took a pair in and swapped them for a larger size today.
They did not ask for a receipt as it was a straight swap.
