Orange comments please

I am considering a new contract (currently on 3) and Orange seem to have the best deal around (for approx 400 mins xnetwok any time). I have never used them before, so does anyone have any comments about them?

I wouldn't be with anyone else. Have tried Virgin and O2, but Orange have the best customer service.

virgin service is very good too

only reason i am leaving and going to orange is i need a new phone

My only advice is for if you are buying from orange directly. If so then buy from an orange shop and not at their website or over the phone. If you find the deal you want online then you can get the same deal in the shop even if they dont advertise it in the shop.

Reason for this is I bought over the telephone from Orange, part of the deal was a blue tooth headset. The headset never turned up. Customer Services said I should have been told none were left and that I had agreed to the contract on opening the box and that was that (after many phone calls).

I sent the phone back to them, then went to an orange shop and got the original deal with the head set.

My experience with their customer services is that they are awful.

I've been with them 2 months now & to be honest they couldn't be nicer & more helpful.More than happy with them..
