Rumours of its death have been greatly exaggerated."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."
"I could play all day in my Green Cathedral".
"The Centuries that divide me shall be undone."
"A dream? Really, Doctor. You'll be consulting the entrails of a sheep next. "0 -
You know what they say, "when one door closes, another one opens".
Looks like it's true.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.0 -

I read HPC but do not post there. Some of the posters are nutters(can I say that?) but some have been very correct with a lot of things. House prices have dropped, Europe is imploding, Gold well what can I say.
I would say that at the moment we are just kicking the can down the road, nothing has changed. This cycle has not run its course yet.0 -
I would certainly miss it for the data that it provides. Not even a thread on why it went down though - interesting. Could be more on this yet.0

:rotfl:indeed.
The collective contribution of this thread is just another one in a series of top notch bullish predictions.0 -
Yes, though ourproperty.co.uk was also down - and is also owned by Fubra. So either they do have financial worries, or both sites are on the same servers and therefore both were affected by the same outage.0

It might as well close down.
Just looked on there. What a boring load of rubbish. Couldn't even find a thread with somebody mentioning a crash. We love Sarah O Grady0 -
Just looked up Fubra (wasn't familiar with the name, but was aware of HPC) which appears to be owned by Brendan Mcloughlin who is the serial spammer that sent up pipeline.org that was set up as a buyers group for cheaper fuel. But did nothing other than spam me continuously for products I didn't want like sat nav. Even after I'd unsubscribed half a dozen times, the spam would start up again.
He's probably still sending the spam, I just don't have that email address anymore.0 -
You have to laugh. Remember how Geneer and co keep going on about how ex HPC bulls are gutted about being banned . :rotfl:
Now their only choice will be to come on here. We'll be waiting.
They will get their come uppance. We refused to let house prices drop.
They lost and their manky site going down proves it. I'm glad. Now they can get saving and pay for my retirement. :rotfl:
You refused to let house prices drop:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Im refusing to let house prices rise:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
