Evening folks. Just wanted to say a big thanks to all of the regular posters for being so welcoming. This is such a lovely thread I can't understand why it has taken me so long to find it!!

Been at work today and saved 3.00 on lunch - and that's it for me. Got a pile of stuff on Ebay, so am hoping my total will get a boost at the weekend!

Off to check survey sites - have a good evening everyone! :)

    Adding a total of £19.05

Shop was £56.41 and ended up paying £26.41 however only counting the following as wouldnt normally buy branded goods,

£3.71 free huggies nappies for joining tesco baby online
£1.35 on fuel (5p off voucher)
    £12 on all other shopping

Got 30 bags of crisps for £2.50, would normally spend £4.50 ish
Pot noodles 6 for £1.98 save maybe £2
Beans 12 tins £2.25 (normally would buy smart price at 26p a tin, so about a £1 saving and got posh beans)
Cathedral city £4 as would pay full price.
Head and shoulders shampoo 2 for £5 instead of £4 each, count £2 as could buy cheaper elsewhere .
Hot dogs 3 tins £1.29, would have bought on BOGOF soo £1 there.
Make £0/£100 Feb 2016 (Late starter)

New Year resolution get bum into gear and get debt free

also a little 25p from surveys plus some points

Also got email confirmation from m*ney4mymobile they've received my brick of a Nokia, so hopefully that money will be with me by the end of the month :T

Have a good evening all xx

  • Evening Peeps!

Once again, i'm exhausted. Really don't know whats wrong with me. A couple of months ago i could not sleep at all. I just seem to have gone from one extream to the other!

Anyway, back to topic, £45 in clubcard vouchers recieved today which i doubled up to £90 and got all of the presents i wanted for nieces and nephews. I'm counting this as a full £90 saving as i was buying them anyway. Also, i recieved a bonus £6 voucher which i think was becuase i had christmas savings with them, so i'll add that because i wasn't expecting it. So £96 to add to my total. Happy with that! I got £196 in extra top up vouchers too which i will be putting away and using for my christmas shopping. Obviously i won't be adding that as the money was put away for that purpose. ;)

Got a voucher at the checkout for a £6 off £40 spend so i will no doubt be using that this weekend. Would add until i have used it though! :D

Ok...off to bed. I know its early but i can't keep my eyes open. Hubby thinks i've been taking sleeping pills but honestly i haven't... I could do with something to keep me awake. Shame i don't like coffee! :rotfl:

    Hi all,

Another £30 saved today. It's hubby's birthday this weekend and managed to find his present with Amazon where I had £30 in vouchers - very happy! Only got two more vouchers to use though and then I'll need to be more creative I think!
