Think I need someone to remind me that refreshing My Ebay page does not automatically generate new bids!!
Second time I did it thins morning someone had bid on something, so now I'm getting a bit obsessive!!!

I put a few bits on yesterday just for 1 day, to try and get rid of a few more bits straight away, as it's about the space at the moment rather than the money (not that that's not good as well of course!) and one of them has a bid on :D
I figured that I might as well try it, and anything that doesn't sell will just be relisted today for the full week. I put an extra £1 or £2 onto what I would have started them for if they were listed for longer, as obviously less people will see them to bid on!

  • :rotfl:Definitely an unseen ebay mystic force - of course checking your seller list 6 times an hour and hitting refresh mystically forces bidders to buy and bid high!! I do that too and its funny as I can't stop myself!

I had grand plans for listing yesterday................and achieved the grand total of zero, zilch, nada - no listings what so ever. So I had better slink off this forum, hang my head in disgrace and get on with doing at least a little bit today.

I think during the first half of X Factor is ok, when there is less tension so people are less 'involved'!! Seeing as most people use laptops now, it could be a good thing to finish during X Factor as people are more likely to be sitting down rather than up and about, cooking dinner etc.

At the end, a lot of people switch straight over to ITV2 for the Xtra Factor, and are chatting about who went etc, so may not be paying too much attention to Ebay etc!
