Whats in this months Cosmo mag Lolly?! More giftcards?!!

Yes, everything in Aesop's link, plus a little pack of those new Cadburys choc fingers. I thought they'd be a bit sickly, but they're actually quite nice :D.
plan for tonight- staying in and having a chinese chicken satay skewers, crispy duck with pancakes spring rolls, prawn toast, prawn crackers and wontons thanks to freezers bought it all reduced ages ago and a couple of glasses of wine, found a bottle in the cupboard i didnt know we had.mmmm cant wait
its not often i get to see oh as he works opposite shifts to me but hes got weekend off :j:j
whats everyone else got planned for weekend???

That sounds lovely, and how fab that you got such a feast all reduced!!! :money::D I'm feeling a little delicate today (:o, lol) as I had drinks with friends last night, so we're taking it easy. I've got to paint the bathroom this weekend so am just the edging today and will paint tomorrow, then me and DS1 are having an xbox and takeaway night :).

I bought him the new Harry Potter Lego game but have said that he can't play it until we've finished the old one - we're not far off, but will probably need a good few hours!!! I would never normally buy a game at that price (nearly £40!), but managed to get a £15 voucher so got it for a pretty reasonable price. I'm also happy to pay if I know that he will enjoy it and get a lot of use out of it - which he definitely has with the first one!

I've just listed 21 items on ebay, some of which are nice amounts as well if they sell ;) Not going to make my millions but I've listed some stuff at £15+£30 etc. Got more to list this aft of DS's, he's has his little clear out, his bedroom has looked so tidy in years :T Will list that lot in a while when I can talk myself into logging back on to ebay! :rotfl:

Have a good Saturday everyone, if you're reading this you should be on ebay!! :rotfl::rotfl:

    xx

Sounds like your DS has made a great start at the challenge!!! :j I wish mine was the same, he pushed himself really hard on the first couple of days but wore himself out and has now lost interest! He's pretty easy to motivate though so will have another 'session' tomorrow :).

Ooh yes, and I've also got £2.50 to add (NUS card).

Spent my Tesco vouchers on Xmas toys last night! I exchanged £55 and bought £114.97 worth of toys for £4.97 cash :D Quidco are also tracking at £4.89 so a grand total of 8p spent!! :D
I am adding £55 to my total saving as I probably wouldn't have spent the full amount if I was paying for it lol, so not much more to go til I hit the target for this month! Well done everyone, keep up the good work :) xxx

Edit it's £10.79 to go! Right let's see how I can make that amount... :D

Wow thats brilliant - well done on all the pressies :) and for 8p!!!!!! genius :D

Guys, when do you start to put up your decorations? For me, its the first day of Advent...thats tomorrow, but I think its a tad early. Think I'll leave it until Tuesday as it takes a few days to put them all up! :D

Woah, that is early! I think because it takes me so long to put them all up, I like to have them up for a month! Their electric bills must be HUGE, obviously not an MSE'r!

I love putting the decorations up, and as my birthday is on the 5th it was kind of a tradition to put them up then when I was little :). Now I'll usually put them up any time in the first week of Dec.

I like to get them up early to make the most of them, but will take them down early (last week of Dec) as I like to get xmas all out of the way to give myself a fresh start to the New Year.

I do admit to being a bit of a scrooge though as the only lights I have are the ones on the tree :o... and they tend to only go on on when we have company! :rotfl:
