I'm with BT for my Broadband, My contract ends in march. I want to switch to another ISP.
Anyway If I dont find a Good ISP and it goes past march do I automaticly enter a new 12 month contract with bt? or is it then month by month. ???
I really want to know if its now or never I change?

If you're coming up to the end of your contract give them a call, they might be able to give you a better deal! If they dont offer you a good one then ask for your migration code so you can transfer between providers! Remember though a migration code only lasts 30 days before it expires!0

hey karen
... u probably already know the answer to your question once you finish the 12 months .. its a month by month contract there after (unless of course u signed an 18month)... iv been with BT for 4 years and they have been fantastic ... free house moves .. new router... free engineer... money back when/if service was down ... just be careful when signing upto a new "cheap" service .. often they have connection problems etc .. several friends and family have changed over to BT after having problems with "cheaper services"

Hi Karen1980,
When you called BT, did you ask "In March when I've completed my 12 month contract, what's the best deal you can offer me to stay with you for another 12 months?"
They may not have offered you anything yet because March is a ways a way yet (in ISP terms) and they're not worried about loosing your custom in the short term.
Give them a call and be assertive!
Good luck!
