Would you like being told your house is a doghouse and you are a dirty person who is delusional on the price because that's what i would of told a lot of people who were selling when i was looking..I did have some fun on some viewings asking the sellers how they got to the valuations...feedback is not a right..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should

To be fair I have viewed some houses where this would be accurate feedback, one in particular springs to mind where they had a large pet snake that was allowed to roam free. The snake was immaculate and friendly, the same cannot be said of the seller.0
