Argos - Camera & SD Card / case bundle - Not suitable.

She went back instore today anyway and was able to swap the case & memory card bundle for the other one which does have a normal SD card in it with no problems at all. The person she talked to agreed it was a bit dodgy in terms of how it is presented and sorted it out right away. So no problemsMemory does not come under 30 day refund, this case and the card are worth about £10, to say it was £29 is a bit cheeky.
But this is about possible mis selling / misleading advertisements. Stuff that should be protected under consumer law anyway. So their 30 day refund wouldn't come into it. In the end, I have no idea if they swapped it because of consumer law, or if it was just a "gesture of goodwill" or whatever.0 -
Good to see common sense was found!Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
