My son has just announced he'd like a dartboard for Christmas, does anyone know if these are classed as toys and would be eligible or are they sports equip?0

Tried to exchange online, only for when checking out an error message to occur. Trying again it says my voucher codes are already used, and there is no exchange voucher listed under that part of the site and no email
Want to exchange my vouchers for use on clothing online. Anyone else experienced this? I always seem to have difficulty exchanging vouchers on their site. Presume I have to call the clubcard hotline number to get it sorted.
Wanted a job, now have one. :beer:0 -

I've had my eye on a Technika Smartbox for a few weeks now. Being advertised as half-price in my local store. Just had a look on the tesco direct website and noticed that it is £3 cheaper; so I'll get it there as soon as I get my moneycard and use £7-00 of clubcard vouchers to pay for the outstanding balance; so it will in effect be a free box.
I am also looking to get a freeview recordeable box as well but I'll wait for future double-up promotions, where hopefully they will include freeview boxes.
Just to let everyone know, I am now in profit with regards my vacuum cleaner and smatrtbox purchases. I complained a few times to the CEO via email and hey presto.....they have sent me a few Moneycards as compensation.
My advice is to complain and see what happens. It has worked for me.:)0 -
I got caught out because I exchanged £10 worth of vouchers for £20 of wine vouchers not realising I had to use it on the Wine By the Case site, and not the regular Tesco site (am gutted because I wanted to do the 2 for £25 champagne deal). Now I'm sat at the checkout having finally found some things I would like to buy and the transaction is not going through. Have now been on hold to customer services for over six minutes! Not my day...0

Can anyone help, I've exchanged £55 vouchers for £110 to spend on toys. I have £110 of toys in my basket yet it's not letting me use 3 of the vouchers and saying there's £30 to pay! I have tried numerous combinations, removing items, removing vouchers, re adding them etc but every time it says I owe £30!! How frustrating, what can be wrong??! I didn't think there was a limit to what you could spend using vouchers..
EDIT: Oh I get it DOH one of my items is not in the toys category!!! AARGH!!!
:heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:0 -
I'm posting this in case anyone else has done what I did. I wanted a microwave but I boobed and exchanged on line for Kitchen and Home vouchers instead of small electrical appliances!! So full of woe and despair I rang for help and was told to pop into my local store and tell them that I'd rung the help line who suggested that i call in to my local store and explain my problem and that they would most likely be able to give me a money card instead - but if not to ring the help line again and they would try some other way to sort my problem. My local store (Fleetsbridge) were really great and gave me a money card for the full amount of my vouchers so I am now the proud owner of a lovely combi microwave. So well done Mr T's fleetsbridge for being so helpful.0

I wonder if any has had similiar experience to me. I wanted to double up my vouchers in store but the machine wouldn't accept them so they they were entered in manually at the point of purchase. Now 3 weeks later the vouchers are still showing as available to spend. I am just going to let them sit there and see what happens.:hello: “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away” anon.0
