Sorry if this has been asked and answered already, but what happens if I double up for clothing online and then it doesn't fit? I've ordered my vouchers to get a jacket which is sold out in store and they only have my size online. If it doesn't fit it doesn't look like I will be able to exchange it as there are no other sizes. What happens if I need a refund? Do my points go back to cc account?0

It is so complicated. I gave up as it only took £10 off my checkout instead of double. I tried my best to follow links but to no avail! lol. I wanted to buy a triple telephone pack and a twin telepehone pack both Panasonic. Wasn't laffin at the end tho so I'm going the old fashioned way and going into the store today to sort it out. Anyone who knows what I should do then let me know as I may exchange a few more.michellej1980 wrote: »I've exchanged my vouchers to spend on furniture at Tesco Direct. I wanted a bathroom cabinet. At the checkout it wouldn't accept the voucher code as part payment. I've now just realised that the item I wanted to buy is in the 'Cook, dine & home' department! I guess there's no chance they will change it for me, or give me back my clubcard vouchers???
Why do they have to make it so complicated? Why do you have to specify instore/online AND department? :mad:0 -
My November ones haven't been received in the post either but they are in my account online. First time I'm never had them in the post. Guess the poor postie is swamped!snowedunderitall wrote: »Mine still haven't come either

evening all - may i dare to ask you clever people a really thick question
i would like to use my vouchers online for clothing
but when i look on my account it says 3300 points but now only 30 to spend, i am presuming that is because they are sending me £33 vouchers in the post?
do i have to wait for these to arrive -i don't get how i can spend online if the points aren't there now,:(
Trouble is - you are just concentrating on the first page, which shows just the points for the current collection period - since 23rd Oct.
What you need to do is, click on the heading 'your vouchers' that's where you'll see the Nov vouchers and previous unused vouchers.
Either print them off for in-store use, or make a note of the voucher codes for on-line use i.e. order clothing exchange tokens.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Made up ordered my 2 year olds daughters first single bed £17 to pay after tokens.Received £2,626.00 in PPI -2013:j

I bought a lamp with the double up - it was £35 but I bought lots of things with the double up. Does anyone know how they would do a refund? I've read the site and am confused. It says about giving you back your original voucher but the voucher was part of £40 of vouchers rather than a £35 voucher. Any ideas?Bump due 22nd September0

Hi,
Sorry I am new to the site and unsure where to post this. I have a Tesco club card and moved in July to a new address, it took me a awhile to change my address and my old landlord threw away my Tesco Vouchers! When I log online to view unspent vouchers it says I have none! I know i have unspent vouchers though? Can anyone help?
Thanks!0 -
I had £30 of vouchers to exchange today, did £20 to £40 clothing and £10 to £20 toys, got 2 mens coats reduced from £60 and £50 to £20 each with the £40 clothes vouchers and £21 of toys with toy voucher also used the sun £5 off voucher from sat.for £5 off £40 spend and they ended up giving me £2.70 out of the till, the supervisor couldnt understand why the till opened to give me the £2.70 back as apparently shouldnt have
so £110 of clothes and £20 of toys all for £30 in vouchers plus cash back as well !0
