Oh Mr T you cause so many stresses but I cannot moan at a chunky knit navaho cardie, a pair of sherpa mittens, a wooley hat and a snood for £2 cash. Thank you, that's a treat for me and 3 Christmas presents sorted :-)0

might be worth a look especially if Mr T is treating you.

Thanks.
I've had my eye on a Technika Smartbox for a few weeks now. Being advertised as half-price in my local store. Just had a look on the tesco direct website and noticed that it is £3 cheaper; so I'll get it there as soon as I get my moneycard and use £7-00 of clubcard vouchers to pay for the outstanding balance; so it will in effect be a free box.
I am also looking to get a freeview recordeable box as well but I'll wait for future double-up promotions, where hopefully they will include freeview boxes.0 -
hi guys...I emailed Tesco yesterday for some help, but still waiting for reply....I wanted to know if you order from clothing, and from tesco direct, they are separate baskets, so would I have to pay delivery twice? thanks for any help0

Just to warn anyone collecting a Direct order from store, if youve paid with double ups you cant return it in store.
I picked up my order from the Direct desk in store today and discovered when I got home that one item, a large Lego set, was damaged. I returned it to the store as per the instructions on the proof of purchase email. The store told me they were not able to process a refund or exchange as I had paid with double ups, and I would have to get the item collected by Direct from my home address! So a wasted trip to the shop to return the item, and now I have to wait in from 7am-7pm on friday for them to collect the item and replace it, very annoying.0 -

i queried the procedure for return of items bought online with double up when i was in store today - i was told that i would get the original amount of the voucher refunded onto a giftcard - this is despite cs telling me on the phone that the points would get refunded to my cc account!0 -

now why doesnt it surprise me that different Tesco stores are giving completely different advice :rotfl:I did phone Direct using the store's phone as I had a horrible feeling that if I went home and called them they would contradict what the people in the shop said, but actually they agreed with them, for once...0 -
Suggest that people escalate and complain to the Tesco CEO via email with regs any issues with returns or refunds.0
