Last time (April) they only doubled up to the nearest lower £10 so they'd be putting the £2.50 back onto your account- unless they've chaged the rules since last time. Info should be in the booklet.

Check your clubcard account, it has a section saying exchanges, your evouchers are listed there and come through a lot quicker than your email.

  • Just a word of caution on the £7 boys clothing bundle. I ordered one on Thursday night but the jeans were cancelled the following day! On the plus side though, the £6 was deducted from my total but the discount for them was still taken off. So the shirt that cost £16.50 ended up costing £1
  • I'd like to buy a cooker hood with my vouchers. Do you think this would be included?
  • I've exchanged my vouchers to spend on furniture at Tesco Direct. I wanted a bathroom cabinet. At the checkout it wouldn't accept the voucher code as part payment. I've now just realised that the item I wanted to buy is in the 'Cook, dine & home' department! I guess there's no chance they will change it for me, or give me back my clubcard vouchers???

Why do they have to make it so complicated? Why do you have to specify instore/online AND department?
