I had over 500 points but cos some are from Tesco Bank I didn't make the 500. Boo Hoo!
Anyway will see what bargains I can get with my £4.50 rec'd today - maybe baking stuff 3 for 2.0 -
Didnt get my 3ds but got a blackberry for just 29.97 using my double up vouchers, fantastic.0

Why is it every time that tesco launch a double up it is such a mess? You would have thought that they would have learnt proper training by now!
I am perplexed having called them to ask if a certain item was included she told me it is but when I look at it, it does not have the part saying that it is included in the double up! Now what do I do?0 -

Well what a palava....... Error, was all I could get!!!
Phoned up, to be told you will have to go in store. Ours is small, harly has any toys arghhhhhh
Through a load is stress, half items out of stock, , the lovely guy on the phone managed to help me.
Now I need a drink to relax!!!!!have a nice day0 -
You could always order the toys you want and have them delievered to the store of you choice. Then when you go to pick them up, explain to the Store the error of your ways and ask if they can refund, and allow you to purchase with the instore vouchers you have.
If they say no, just ask for the refund, and stalk the assistant as she puts them back on sales
You are within your right to say you no longer want the goods when you pick them up, so the store would have to return them to sale in that store. So there really shouldn't be a problem offering to re-buy them with the vouchers, yes it's cheeky but it will save someone a job putting them back on sale. Just be nice and
I dont think that's correct. If items are returned from Tesco Direct, they have to go back to the warehouse, not back on the shop shelves.0 -

Thank you. Thats really good to know. I was talking about instore so maybe online is different.0
