But, even before the CS woman logged on, she said she hadn't done double up before and that she didn't know what she was doing! Has anyone else had better luck instore this morning?
You would have thought they would have had a bit of training beforehand! Its times like this you don't feel bad about taking advantage of the glitches!0 -
Oh dear, it never goes smoothly does it! Will be so fed up if the items I'm after go oos, also trying to work from home and finding it really distracting

If I spend £68 of my vouchers, what happens to the other £2 I have exchanged?busybee100 wrote: »You can't spend £68 in vouchers you would either have to spend £60 and pay the £8 or find something else to take it over the voucher value.Choppygirl wrote: »I think they go back to your account after a while but last xmas when I had a little bit over, after a few months I had an email to say they were sorry I couldn't find anything to spend all of my vouchers on and gave me 500 points (I think) for 'my trouble'!
One of us thinks 'vouchers' is before double up the other after double up.0 -
I was after some 3d glasses, don't think they are covered, unless anyone can tell me otherwise? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

I know the unused vouchers before you double up gets credited back, I just wondered what happens after I have doubled up? :think0 -

I was saving mine up to get my mum a 32 inch tv for xmas but tv's aren't in the exchange, not sure what to get now as ive done all my xmas shopping. Can I send the coupons back and ask them to keep them on my account until next year?
Why would you send them back? You can keep them (in a safe place) - they have a life of two years, so they'll still be valid this time next year!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I've just called several Tesco help No's to find out if all stores are also affected by the online problem (before I travel to my next nearest store to try double up instore) but not having much luck finding a comprehensive answer. All I've been able to find out for certain is that the online problem still isn't fixed.
If you do want to speak to someone about double up issues/problems, I was given the Tesco Club Card rewards help line number and they were the most helpful:
