Doesn't seem to be working on line yet. My points have been converted into vouchers and under my account it says the exchange has started but you still can't click on the banner.

When I checked the website yesterday it didnt get updated until about 8.30 am so hopefully it will be working soon

Deals are there to order now. Go under the new deals area and they are all there to put your voucher codes in to set up the exchange.

I was saving mine up to get my mum a 32 inch tv for xmas but tv's aren't in the exchange, not sure what to get now as ive done all my xmas shopping. Can I send the coupons back and ask them to keep them on my account until next year?

Wondered if actifrys would come under small electrical items? Not sure the on-line bit is working fully yet as cannot fine anything?
